The movie stars action hero Prabhas and stunning actress Kriti Sanon in the lead who are known for their movies Radhe Shyam and Mimi respectively.
The Storyline of the Movie Adipurush
The movie tells the story of Prince Raghava who embarks on a journey to rescue his wife Janaki from the demon king, Lankesh. This movie is not only a tale of heroism and adventure but also explores themes of love, devotion, and the triumph of good over evil.
The story begins with Raghava’s father Darshatha who is the king of Ayodhya decides to announce Raghava as his successor. But Raghava’s stepmother Kaikeyi demands to give the title of king to her own son Bharata and make Raghava be exiled to the forest for 14 years. Raghava accepts to leave the kingdom to fulfill his father’s promise but his wife Janaki, and younger brother Shesh also accompany him into the forest.
While there, Janaki is kidnapped by Lankesh who takes her to his kingdom Lanka. Raghava with the help of his loyal devotee Bajrang and an army of monkeys embarks on a journey to rescue Janaki. Raghava confronts Lankesh and defeats him in a fierce battle. He rescues his wife Janaki and returns Ayodhya to his family.
