Dinesh Vijan’s second installment of the horror-comedy universe ‘Roohi’ was released on 11 March 2021. The film’s cast is said to have given an ideal execution of their roles. With a mix of comedy and horror, Dinesh Vijan has concocted yet another interesting plot.
Though the movie was supposed to release in June 2020, it was postponed due to COVID-19. Featuring Rajkumar Rao, Varun Sharma, and Janhvi Kapoor, the film is currently out on its OTT stage.

The Storyline of the Movie ‘Roohi’
Bhawra Pandey played by Rajkumar Rao last seen in Monica o My Darling movie and Kattanni Qureshi (Varun Sharma) receive orders from their boss to kidnap a girl named Roohi (Janhvi Kapoor) and bring her back to their village to marry their contractor with her.
Due to a death in the contractors’ family, the two men are forced to keep Roohi in hiding after kidnapping her and transporting her to the location of the wedding.
Everything appeared to be going well at first, but as Bhawra and Kattani spent more time with Roohi, they learned that she was possessed by a demon. Kattani falls in love with the spirit Afza (Janhvi Kapoor), and Bhawra begins to fall in love with Roohi. Kattani and Bhawra are aware that Afza will not leave Roohi’s body unless she marries Roohi.
The movie then moves on to Bhawra and Kattani, who are attempting to save Roohi and devise a means of causing Afza to leave her body.
