During British Raj in 1920, British governor Scott Buxton and his wife Catherine abduct a young tribal girl Malli for her artistic nature that has raged violence in the city. Her guardian Komaram Bheem, who claims to be her brother, promises to bring her back home at any cost. He embarked to Delhi as an Indian cop in search of the girl Malli. 

On the other hand, Ramaraju was an honest Indian British cop for whom Duty comes first and is very rude to the Indian rebellions.

Komaram Bheem arrives at the British Palace to find out about the girl and pretends to be a mechanic named Afzal.

Queen Catherine and the governor felt the intention of the rebel Komaram Bheem and worried about him as he could be the big obstacle in the way to retain a girl in their palace. A special announcement is made to bring Bheema dead or alive in the court of the British Raj in order to keep him away from the girl.  Ramaraju takes the responsibility to manage all on his own and promises to bring Bheema dead or alive. 

Meanwhile, a train accident took place near the lake and both Raju and Bheem save the lives of kids and adults together and become friends. But at the time of duty, both clashed with each other and were thirsty for each other’s blood in order to complete their mission. The clash between the two friends makes it more interesting and action-packed to watch it.
