The Shooter movie is a biopic of notorious gangster “Sukha Kahlon”, but it was banned by Punjab and Haryana governments. Then chief minister, Amarinder Singh, said the movie “promotes violence, heinous crime, extortion, intimidation, and criminal intimidation”.
