The year 1995 marks the beginning of Valmiki’s (Murali Sharma) and Ramachandra’s (Jayaram) careers as clerks for ARK’s (Sachin Khedekar) company. While Valmiki remains a clerk and weds Sulochana (Easwari Rao), Ramachandra becomes wealthy after marrying Ark’s daughter Yasoda (Tabu).
Despite their financial differences, Valmiki and Ramachandra remain close friends for a while with no ill will toward one another. On the day when both became parents and enjoyed the birth of their sons, Ramachandra was disheartened as his son appeared to be dead. Feeling pity for his friend Valmiki offered to switch his son with Ramachandra. However, as soon as Valmiki did so, Ramachandra’s son began to cry. Valmiki takes Ramachandra’s son as his own and keeps the swap a secret because he wants his son to live a lavish life.
Years later, Valmiki’s son Raj (Sushanth), who was raised at Ramachandra’s house, turned out to be quiet, reserved, and introverted, whereas Bantu (Allu Arjun), Ramachandra’s son, was the exact opposite of Raj.
The movie moves forward to 2022, where both Raj and Bantu are pursuing MBAs and working hard. But as Bantu finds out the truth about his birth, he decides to set everything back as it should have been.
