The romantic drama ‘Barsatein’ is currently breaking the internet as it stars the fresh on-screen couple, Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon. There can’t be a better time for this show to be premiered than the monsoon season when rain fills everyone’s heart with love.

Shivangi is known for her debut in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Naira, who patiently handles business and dance academy along with her family duties, and now she is in the lead role of an independent woman who looks for her bright future in the newsroom. The handsome hunk Kushal Tandon is not even lacking in portraying his character as a short-tempered man who is passionate about his profession.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, this show brings together two different personalities who work in the same field. As they are inverse characters, it will be quite fascinating to watch their quarrels turn into romance.

The Storyline of Barsatein– Mausam Pyar Ka

The show begins with a girl named Aradhna Sahani who wants to pursue her Journalism career. Her mother Bhakti Sahni is a dentist and is unhappy with her decision as she wants her to follow the medical profession. 

Aradhna joins a new company and is excited to take the next step in her professional life. She believes in following the principles but gets stuck in a firm that chases celebrities and covers entertainment bulletins for fame. There she meets a dazzling man named Reyansh Lamba who is determined to do his work and has done many sting operations. 

This show represents him as a misogynist, which means that he considers women untrustworthy. He behaves rudely with the female employees of his company. But Aradhna doesn’t bear his rude attitude and visits the HR office to complain about him. Later, she forgives him and hopes that an incident must happen in his life that could change his opinion. 

In the first two episodes, we learn about their past lives which made Aradhna not believe in love anymore and Reyansh have hatred for women. Their previous experiences are impacting their present. In this situation, it will be quite interesting to see how their perspectives will change. Will they be united or destiny has some other plans?
