The Storyline of the Movie Freddy
The movie begins in Mumbai where a shy and introverted dentist named Dr. Freddy Ginwala is looking for a suitable bride for himself. Although he is a kind and professional dentist, he gets rejected for his boring personality and lack of confidence. He has a traumatized past as when he was a child his father shot his mother and then himself. Since then his aunt Persis has looked after him.
One day, he attends a marriage with his aunt Persis where he sees a gorgeous woman. He grabs the courage and approaches her to talk to him but gets pushed by her husband Rustom. The next day, the same woman visits his clinic to extract her wisdom tooth and he learns that her name is Kainaaz.
Freddy falls for her and is unable to stop thinking about her. He visits the building where she lives and waits in his car to catch her glimpse. But he sees her being beaten by her husband Rustom. He calls her the next day and insists on visiting the clinic so that he can check if she is healing or not.
She visits his clinic and he asks her about the wounds on her face. She reveals that her husband is abusive and he will kill her if she takes any action against him. Freddy ensures her that he is there for her and will help her to get rid of Rustom.
