The Storyline of the Series ‘Mithya: Season 1’
The series takes place in Darjeeling, where Juhi, played by Huma Qureshi, teaches Hindi literature in a college. She decides to fail a student because she believes that the student has cheated on their term essay.
Rhea Rajguru (Avantika Dassani), the aforementioned student, was the daughter of one of the most prominent college donors.
Rhea vows to exact vengeance on Juhi because she is unable to handle the shame. She manipulates her way into getting Juhi’s address and takes advantage of Juhi’s failing marriage by seducing her husband.
The series continues with an obsessed Rhea trying to destroy Juhi’s life, while Juhi ends up asking for help from her parents.
