It stars several talented actors from Bollywood. One of them is Vidya Balan, a well-known bold and glamorous actress who played the role of a CBI officer in this film. She is known for her work in the movies such as Heyy Babyy, The Dirty Picture, Hamari Adhuri Kahani, and many others.

The Storyline of the Movie Neeyat
At the beginning of the film, we are shown a palace which is on an Island away from the city. A billionaire named Ashish Kapoor alias AK, who owns the palace arrives there with his personal assistant, Kia. Tanveer and his crew members welcome him and wish him a happy birthday. He invites all his close ones to the palace to celebrate his birthday.
The first guest is the former Bollywood celebrity, Noor Suri who is AK’s favorite actress. The next shows Jimmy, who is the brother of AK’s second wife, and then, Zara, AK’s psychiatrist, and an astrologer come. After that, Lisa, who is a very good friend of AK, and has been invited there with her daughter Sasha, arrives. At last, Ryan who is AK’s only son comes to the palace with his girlfriend Gigi.
In the next scene, AK is shown standing away from the palace and listening to the news that claims, AK did a fraud of Rs. 20,000 crore from India and visited London to hide. His company in India facing a loss, and due to this, the employees didn’t get a salary for nine months and are committing suicide. AK breaks down with this news and on the other hand, all the guests are enjoying their luxurious rooms.
Tanveer informs that all the staff members are leaving because of the upcoming. AK assures him that he will manage the remaining preparations. Meanwhile, a new guest arrives named Mira Rao and AK introduces her as a special guest. Everyone is present at the dinner table, where AK claims the news is a false rumour and a trap against him. He says that he will do a case against these false allegations, and by winning that case he will prove all the rumours wrong. Everyone praises AK’s bravery and gives him courage. AK then reveals that the special guest is none other than the CBI officer with whom he will fly to India and surrender.
Everyone goes to their room where Mira gets dizzy in her room. Then the very next moment, different conversations are shown in the rooms of all the guests. Ryan gets into an argument with AK in the hall, which upsets him and he walks out in stormy weather. Everyone rushes out to stop him and then he is found falling off the cliff to his death. Everyone thinks that it is a suicide but according to Mira, someone intentionally pushed him to death.
Will Mira be able to track down the real culprit or will this mystery get more complicated?
