‘Pop kaun?’ is a comedy web series that includes six episodes of hilarious scenes and is worth watching. It stars popular Bollywood comedians like Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, and Saurabh Shukla, who made us laugh with their roles in movies like Dilwale, Satyaprem ki Katha, Shehzada, and many more. We all know that their expressions are enough to make us laugh our heads off.
This series is written and directed by Farhad Samji who has worked in many comedy movies such as Entertainment, Cirkus, Chennai Express, Houseful 3, and many more. Moreover, the talented actor Kunal Khemu played the main character of a young boy in this series who is searching for his biological father.
The Storyline of the Web Series Pop Kaun
The series begins with a boy named Sahil, who is going somewhere with his friend whom he calls 4G. On the way, some police officers stop them and Sahil says his famous dialogue to them ‘Do you know who my father is?’. His father is MPA Brij Kishore Trivedi and he has been taking advantage of this since childhood. The Police officers get scared and let them go.
Sahil reaches out to his girlfriend Pihu, who tells him that her father is looking for a groom for her and asks him to talk to her father about their marriage. The next day, Sahil visits Pihu’s house with his family to talk about their marriage. There he meets her father, Karamjeet Biswajeet, and after some bickering, both families agree to their marriage.
After that, they start celebrating and everyone seems to be happy. But while dancing, Sahil’s father gets a heart attack and is soon admitted to the hospital. Seeing his condition, a party member says to Kishore that now he has to choose one of his sons for his post and he chooses Sahil. But this decision enrages his elder son and he asks him how he could choose him when he is not even his real son.
Along with Sahil, everyone gets shocked by this revelation. After this, Pihu’s father cancels the marriage and put a marriage condition on Sahil to find out his real father. Sahil breakdown after hearing it. Will he be able to know about his real father? Will Pihu’s father not give his daughter’s hand to him? Watch the series to know about it.
