This movie shows the story of a superstar Vijay Kumar and his die heart fan RTO inspector Om Prakash Aggarwal played by Akshay and Emraan respectively. Om Prakash and his son are big fans of Vijay and their biggest dream is to take a selfie with their superstar. 

One day, Vijay lands in Bhopal for a  shoot and urgently needs a new driving license for some reason. For this purpose, the RTO inspector Om Prakash takes the responsibility of helping the star without going through the tedious process and demands only a selfie from Vijay. But some misunderstandings ruined everything and leads to a public showdown between them. 

Om Prakash refuses to give him the license until Vijay follows the whole procedure of taking a license like a common man. Now, it is quite interesting to see who will win this time—a superstar or a fan. So, books your tickets now and enjoy this wonderful movie.
