In the first episode, Astha and Aijaz (Imaad Shah), a man of a different religion than her, start working together on a play. Still, the difference in their religion never troubles her. Unsurprisingly, as days went by, she started growing closer to Aijaz. 

In the midst of it all, Astha’s family warns her about the ongoing riots, but she chooses to pay it no mind and instead decides to meet Aijaz and confess her love for him. 

However, when Astha meets Peeplika (Monica Dogra), she encounters a change that forces her to re-evaluate both her true feelings and her true self. Will Astha be able to determine her true desires?
