The Storyline of Asur Season 2
The second season uncovers the identity of Shubh, who has been killing and planning mass murders. A CBI officer, Nikhil Nair, continues his mission to catch Shubh. Meanwhile, Dhananjay Rajpoot, alias DJ, is at a monastery, struggling with the guilt of being a reason for several deaths.
He meets an 11-year-old boy Anant in Dharamshala, who motivates him to look forward to positive aspects. DJ is amazed by his profound knowledge and plans to execute Anant to target Shubh. He claims Anant is a reincarnation of Lord Vishnu after he rescues people from several phenomenal incidents planned by DJ himself. When Shubh learns about Anant’s popularity as a new God, he challenges him to a Live TV debate.
A cold debate occurs between them, and Shubh gives Anant two buttons through which he can either save the people who believe in God or the ones who don’t. According to Shubh, if Anant is a reincarnation in real life, then he will make a choice that is in the favour of both sides.
