Synopsis
Thiruchitrambalam alias Pazham is a middle-class boy who lives with his father and grandfather. He works as a delivery boy while his father is an Inspector. He has a good bond with his grandfather but ignores to communicate with his father as he considers him to be responsible for the death of his mother and sister in a car accident.
Pazham shares his all secrets, happiness, and sorrows with his best friend Shobana who lives in his colony. Once, while delivering food he comes across his childhood friends who are more successful than him and they recognize Pazham as he used to be a Topper. They ask him to join them but he neglects as he doesn’t want to be noticed by his childhood crush Anusha who is also present there.
However, on the next day, Anusha notes Pazham at the Petrol Pump and after a little conversation, she asks for his contact number and he joyfully gives it to her. She even invites him for a coffee and they have a good time together. He shares this incident with Shobana to which she advises him to express his feelings to her. Being motivated by his friend, Pazham proposes to her but faces rejection as she says their status doesn’t even match to think about it.
Pazham gets hurt by her words and blames himself for making a fake scenario. After a few days, he visits his mother’s village to attend a wedding along with Shobana where he falls for another girl named Ranjini and asks Shobana to arrange a meeting.
