The Good Night movie release date was locked for 12 May 2023 and fired up with its entry into the theatre. This movie grossed a double collection on Day 16th theatrical runs in 70+ theatres than Day 1’s opening in 130+ theatres. With this staggered collection, Good Night absolutely killed at the box office and became a hit movie.

Synopsis

The movie Good Night is about a man named Mohan, who is struggling with his snoring problem and because of it, he lacks confidence. He lost his father due to alcohol addiction and lives with his mother Uma Ramachandran, an elder, and a younger sister named Maha and Raghavi, respectively.

There is one more member in the house named Ramesh who is a friend of Mohan and works in a water filtration company. Maha married him against the family’s wish and now all five members live under the same roof. They all are aware of Mohan’s snoring problem but are also supportive pillars of him. 

Mohan works in an IIT company where he is called with the name ‘Motor’ for his snoring habit. One day, along with Ramesh, he visits the house of an old couple for water filter maintenance and meets Anu, an orphan who lives in that house as a tenant and is adored by her owners. 

Mohan and Anu start to spend time with each other and later fall in love. He proposes to her for marriage but she neglects as she fears losing him like her parents. Somehow, Mohan convinces her and they both get married. Mohan also tells her about his snoring habit to which Anu assures that it will not impact their marriage life. 

Everything goes well until Mohan finds out that his wife fainted in her office because of lack of sleep for two weeks. He feels so bad and decides to sleep separately until he gets rid of his snoring habit. Will Mohan be able to overcome his snoring problem?
