The Legend OTT Release Date: The science fiction action drama film The Legend marks the acting debut of the renowned businessman named Saravanan Arul who owns various high-class shopping stores with his name in different parts of Chennai. Legend movie release date was planned to be announced on 1 July 2022 but the date was shifted back due to an issue in its post-production. Later, on 28 July 2022, the production team made the official announcement of its theatrical release but the movie was horribly flopped at the Box Office.
The next year, on 3 March 2023, this movie was released on the OTT platform and still, there is not a snowball’s chance in hell of getting a good opinion on it.
Synopsis
The story begins in a foreign country and focuses on a popular scientist named Dr. Saravanan who is in his research lab with other scientists. He is known for his various researches and has been honored with the Nobel prize.
One day, he decides to go back to India to serve the people of his village and farewells his fellow research partners. The villagers celebrate his arrival like a festival and praise him for his achievements. Dr. Saravanan takes charge of his family’s educational institutions and hospitals to develop more brilliant brains.
But like other parents, his family wants him to get married and settle down in his life. Soon their wish gets fulfilled when Dr. Sarvanan meets a lecturer named Thulasi at his college and falls in love with her. Even the Thulasi also admire her which makes them marry eventually.
Everything seems wonderful to Dr. Saravanan until he gets the death news of his friend Thirupati because of juvenile diabetes. Additionally, he finds out that his whole family is diabetic. He decides to prepare a permanent cure for juvenile diabetes and begins research on it.
But this journey proves to be difficult for him as the VJ plans to create obstacles on his way. He has a personal grudge against Dr. Sarvanan as his research caused a loss to his pharmaceutical industry.
